The project was the renovation of a 1913 building into an art gallery and residence in historic downtown Billings. The exterior facade was brought to a more original condition while the interior metal ceilings were maintained. An interior atrium was created to bring daylight into what was once an auto repair area. A lift was installed for upper and lower level access ease. The upper level was developed into a residence for the owners of the gallery. The facility also has a 3,000 sqare foot roof deck for the owner's pets.
